Cancellation Policy
Booking requirement: A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total appointment cost is required at the time of booking to secure color services and hair extension appointments.
Deposits: Your deposit will go toward the total cost of your service.The remaining balance is due upon completion of your appointment.
Cancellations and rescheduling:
A 48 - hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. If a client cancels within the 48- hour window, a 50% fee may apply.
